Beautiful food, made with real ingredients that are approachable yet full of intriguing flavors, is Anna's goal with every recipe she creates. Whether recipe developing, menu developing, or consulting for businesses or individuals, the goal is to portray the ingredients used in all their glory. This goes hand in hand with food styling, which Anna offers spontaneously.  

Food styling

Creating every dish is art. As a former musician, constructing a dish is like composing a piece of music. Anna works with the reverse engineer mindset, and has to see the dish first before creating it. The point of food styling is to show how incredible something tastes, even without eating it. Taste and presentation can never be separated.
